Though Pakistan is going through some rough patches since last one decade due to numerous issues including poor governance, which has ultimately let the country in to economic turmoil, where select group of people prospered but the country unfortunately couldn’t. I think we all are responsible for this, I mean general public, politicians, civil society, media, academia, youth as well as civil and military bureaucracy. This has given a way to our foes to add salt to our wounds whenever and wherever possible.
A recent example is, since last few weeks a television commercial of a tooth paste is being telecasted on national as well as private TV networks saying “ISS MULAK KAY TOOTH PASTE SIA DOOGNA TAQATWQR” what the hell does it mean? , and most interesting things is no one has taken note of it, our regulator, politicians, civil society so on and so forth are sleeping.
My question to every Pakistani is, do we believe in national pride? And if an iota of it is still in us, we should boycott PEPSODENT Toothpaste.
Let’s see we are a dead and shameless nation or otherwise.
